I was just treated so rudely by the front desk I have no words...I was put on hold by a male receptionist for 10 minutes, and then when I called back the woman I complained to was more rude. I am reaching out to the Dr. and Office Manger to let them know how rude their staff was.
Very rude staff all around. Reception to departure. Total lack of empathy. Patients have been sedated or under anaesthsia. Please be considerate.
