Secretary needs to learn how to be a secretary and transferred when asked, this place is trash and leave people to live with cockroaches and bedbugs and won’t do anything about it
Went into the office to try and speak about my situation. The older woman with glasses at the front desk was not pleasant at all even though I was obviously confused on the process of everything. She looked at me and treated me like I was a nuisance. The other woman on duty was very nice.
