Dr. Chen is amazing and so kind to her patients.
The office manager is horrible! Her lack of consideration for patient care is a cancer to the office and it impacts the work ethic of the rest of the employees. She literally forbade anyone from faxing my friends records to another office for a second opinion! These issues impact patient care and she should be let go immediately.
