My minor child was being treated by Dr. Lester prior to her having a severe breakdown. While she was in the Hospital, we provided Dr. Lester with all of her updated information on her condition and treatments. After she left the hospital we then contacted Dr. Lester countless times to resume her treatment, however he did not return our calls.
