I have taken my car in a couple times. Once was in 2019 and the repairs have held amazingly. Recently, I went to get the back fender refastened and Mr Mercer did an amazing job on this as well. Thank you so much for your personalized, caring service to our community.
Nice to find an independent who is down to earth; more interested in doing an excellent job than over-charging you to cover the high cost of over-head and payroll.
We had our RAV4 in for repair on the roof of the vehicle, a couple spots on the roof probably started with a stone chip but there were several spots of bubbling paint, Mr. Mercer did a fantastic repair on the vehicle, the roof was refinished and looks like new I’m amazed how good it looks, as well the vehicle was absolutely spotless inside and out when I picked it up, it was far cleaner than what I dropped off.
