Horrible is the word I would use to describe this office. Cancelled my appointment TWICE, the last time saying my referral was expired. When my doctor's office called to explain to them that it was not, in fact, expired, they simply hung up on them. Thank you for absolutely nothing. I now have to wait for a new authorization at an alternative cardiologist, hopefully one with whom has an office run by professionals.
