Been with these folks for many years. Formerly, whenever I would call I spoke with someone in Iowa. Now, people working from their homes living wherever answer calls and each time I call I get a different answer. They really are poorly trained and don't seem to care??? I can't reach their Iowa headquarters to advise them of these problems so I hope they read this review.

The last thing you should have to do when a loved one passes away is spend hours on the phone trying to get someone to help and send you the claim documents, or even more time trying to get someone to help you with questions on the documents. I have lost track as to how many transfers and time has been wasted to still have no help or answers.
One star is one star too many. This company is the most useless insurance agent I've ever come across. Not helpful at all, and any question asked, the answer is no and just want to take your money. I've been a customer since 1987 which started with a different agent and different insurance company which eventually changed to MetLife and then to Farmers with this agent.
