When they come to my office for lunch and I know I'm going to eat WELL! Others will even order 2 meals to take home . The braised beef is my favorite. They usually sell out of the Ratatouille, but I can't wait to try it!

I was fortunate to be at a dinner that Chef Ben catered. Clever appetizers made with things I've never before eaten, great french onion soup, delicious beef bourguignon, and a super smooth creme brûlée. We asked Ben questions throughout the meal and his answers were both educational and entertaining. Great experience and well worth the price.
The chef, Ben, at Mercenaire Catering is excellent. I attended a dinner in a private home that he prepared and it was a luxurious event. We spent the evening enjoying his food, talking to each other, and asking him questions. Nobody had to hop up and put anything on the table. Mercenaire Catering prepared a fabulous gourmet dinner for eight in my home. The chef served a five course French meal including a selection of appetizers, French Onion Soup, Beef Bourguignon, and Creme Brûlée. The dishes were superb and the plating was a feast for the eyes. The chef was very friendly, and happily answered questions about the dishes he was preparing. He also brought everything he needed for the evening and left the kitchen cleaner than when he arrived.
