Mercedes is very good at what she does. She is personable, attentive, detailed, and prepared. I say that because I when I see her. She is up to dated with my medical needs.
I had a nightmare experience by extremely rude staff for the first time ever at this office just a few months ago and never got around to writing a review because I thought if the APRN cared enough when I reached out then I’d be satisfied.
