Susan has always been so knowledgeable and generally helpful every time. Rare in a service center. Going there for service of Sprinter RV since 2017.
These guys are awesome!
This story is long and involves many visits to the shop but I'll make it short. Susan is nice and seems to work hard to deliver good service to customers. But the techs are not good. I spent in the neighborhood of $5,000 here trying to get a problem fixed that I eventually had to get fixed elsewhere for $500. I figured it out with the help of a Sprinter expert and google.
