Terrible service. Todd is a real jerk. My vehicle needed basic maintenance. Todd held my vehicle a week past the date for pick up. He damaged my wheels, smoked cigars in the vehicle and burned my leather seat, cracked my windshield, left a dent in my fender... I called him multiple times wondering what the status was and got no response at all. I had to rent a car to drive up there to find the shop unattended at 130 on a Tuesday. Very easy to work with and it’s nice to have somebody local
Todd is by far the best mechanic I have experienced working with my benz. I have a SLK 350 with the hardtop retractable that stopped working. Through a referral I took my car to him. Not only did he give me the diagnosis, he provided different options on the pricing. That was very important to me. With a very reasonable price, I asked him to do the repair.
