Todd is by far the best mechanic I have experienced working with my benz. I have a SLK 350 with the hardtop retractable that stopped working. Through a referral I took my car to him. Not only did he give me the diagnosis, he provided different options on the pricing. That was very important to me. With a very reasonable price, I asked him to do the repair. Todd is a man of his word..fixed my rear headrest, after it popped up inadvertently, so I could let my top down once again in my CLK550. I've gone through several independent MBZ shops and his customer service is A1. Well, like I said, I'd be back. After I developed some mechanical engine issues, (self-inflicted, may I say) Todd performed a repair of whatever I did wrong, and found something else wrong (which he ain't telling me... I can’t praise Todd at Mercedes Only enough! He is excellent at diagnosing an issue. He is meticulous in his work and communicative about options. He was able to solve multiple issues quickly that other mechanics were “unable to duplicate” or give me some other excuse to not address an issue. I found Todd through a referral and now his shop is the only shop that services my 1988 560SL.
