Mercedes of Sunnyvale has been great for me over the years. While the shop owner, John, focuses on Mercedes, I trust him with all my vehicles. He changed the clutch in my Jeep Cherokee, has fixed an AC issue in both my Toyota Avalon and my girlfriend's Lexus G460, and handles any/all needs in my daily driver. I work on cars as a hobby but do not have time to work on my family's daily driver cars. I always take them to John and have peace of mind the work will be done and done right.
My car had been repaired three times before in other places and I was ready to lose it when I drove to this shop. But the technician John took one look and said, "It's a lot of problem. It will be fixed in one day !" Sure enough, after the day , my car was back to life! This technique is amazing!"john ,He is an excellent, honest and trustworthy mechanic.
We contacted this shop in order to find out what it would cost to have a diagnostic performed on our Mercedes. After quoting a price of $260 per hour (the dealership and other locations for foreign cars charge way less), we were still going to just pay it without calling other shops. When we were ready to book the diagnostic test, we asked if the cost of the diagnostic is rolled into the price of the repair, if we choose to proceed with the suggested repairs done by his shop.
