Wonderful experience. I am disabled and Hilal was my Motability asesor and sales representative. He provided me with all the information and advice I needed, and kept me up to date with the progress of ordering the new car. He was also very helpful with all the procedures necessary for the registration of and the paperwork for the new car. This is my second car from Peterborough Mercedes and I would keep on going back to them.
The car (AG06 MGO) was called in for a recall to check the safety of the sunroof. However, the inspection report did not mention the findings for the sunroof. The inspection failed to identify that the sunroof is not working. No quotes were provided for the sunroof to be repaired. I believe the sunroof has not been inspected but was a scam to find other problems. I didn’t receive a report on the sunroof safety check.
