I have bought my self few cars from Mercedes but the service received by the Mercedes in Peterborough was on another level , from start to finish absolutely blown way by Steve we reserved the car Monday afternoon went down Tuesday afternoon and les then 3 hours i was driving the car home , I can’t thank you guys enough how easy you made my journey buying a new car will definitely buy from you guys again, Regards Arian

I was almost bankrupt as MB Peterborough gave me a final bill of £12146.00 due to Engine leak. The labour cost and VAT were almost £9000.00 only £3000.00 parts cost. I pleaded for a discount but none was given on top of this throughout the 5 weeks the car was there, I hired another vehicle for 5 weeks at the rate of £150.00 -£200.00 per week as MB Peterborough declined to give me a courtesy car, I am not in debt of £13500.00. I pray to God for strength.

Hilal from the sales team was excellent to deal with when purchasing my car, he was very knowledgable in all aspects of the vehicle and answered all queries and questions I put forward. Hilal kept in constant touch with me during the selection of my car and also before and after purchase which all went very smoothly.
