An absolute rip off of a place. Had to pay for reassembly of the backseat after deciding I’ll take my car somewhere else. That + trying to charge me 2 hours diagnostics time whilst the initial bill stated 1 hour price and I was there monitoring the whole thing from when it went in to the time they told me what’s wrong: took an hour. Go somewhere else, another Mercedes dealership if needs be.
I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Dominic at the Mercedes-Benz garage, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism. From start to finish, he made the entire process smooth and straightforward. He was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to all my questions. It’s rare to encounter such a high level of service, and I truly felt like a valued customer throughout my visit. Highly recommend Dominic and the team for anyone looking for top-notch service!
