Myself, my mom and daughter came in today for her birthday. We had a great experience. Came back after nail smudged and they fixed right away. They even remembered the correct color. We are planning on coming back soon!! Thank you so much for wonderful service.
This was my first and last time at Mercedes Nail & Spa. I went in for a pedicure. All was going well until the young lady began wiping off her tool onto my toe instead of the towel! She was fairly rough with the foot and leg massage. A second lady applied nail polish. Poor application. They were so busy gossiping about a lady that walked in they were not paying attention to what they were doing with me.
I love them. They are wonderful.
I am always happy with my services. Ann does a great job on my nails. The salon is clean and convenient.
I appreciate the service from both Aaron and Kaitlyn. Aaron does a great job on my nails. Kaitlyn did an excellent job on my pedicure. I will be back.
