I had to take my car in to get serviced for the first time I was uneducated and a little nervous. Mike took the time to work with me and educate me about my car. Mike ALSO Gave my mother a Mercedes bag because he saw that she also drives a Mercedes when she came to pick me up. Will definitely be coming back! THNAK YOU!!!

Straight up, no chaser—Jimmy and the entire team at Mercedes Mike's were absolute lifesavers!! They performed an extensive service on my AMG GLE63 and, even better, Jimmy went to bat for me to make sure my extended warranty covered the repairs.
