Very positive experience with Mercedes Mike shop. They were well organized, knowledgeable, communicated well, and very friendly. We have a 2005 SL500 that was leaking oil from the forward bottom of the engine. I do almost all of my own repair work but to spot the leak, the car needed to be on a elevated which is hard to do without a lift. So this was the reason I took it to Mercedes Mike. On January 2, 2025, my Mercedes Benz wouldn't start. I called Mercedes Mike immediately and left a message after hours. Prior to the shop opening on January 3, 2024, I was contacted. Time was taken to discuss what might be causing my car's problems. I was informed it might be the battery and bring the car to the shop.
