I took my Mercedes in for an oil change, tire rotation and balance. Easy check in, with great customer service. I picked up my suv that afternoon, again, excellent customer service from the front as well from Mike and Jimmy themselves. Once on the interstate, my suv drove perfectly. Excellent job on the balance and rotation of my tires. We have also taken my daughter’s Mercedes in for servicing, and had equally great results. Grateful for the local business, we will return!
I brought a 2019 Mercedes glc 300 to Mercedes Mike for a check engine light my car ended up needing 3200 in repairs not only did jimmy get me approved through my warranty he went over and beyond to make sure everything worked smoothly everybody say warranty company’s are a hassle well that might be true but jimmy made every thing run smooth thanks again guys

I scheduled an appointment and the Mercedes Mike's repaired my vehicle at a reasonable cost. I am a very satisfied customer. I will go to Mercedes Mike's for all of my future repairs.
Had a major oil valve problem but jimmy made it so simple , they needed my car for 4 days and kept me updating the whole time if you are looking for a regular shop don’t go here !
