Mercedes is the best! She takes time with each of her patients and although she might run a little late, she never cuts you short. She is attentive and makes sure to go through all of your issues and problems. I have been to two other doctors and she has been the best of them! She really does want to help her patients!

Mercedes Clingerman is a profoundly incompetent PA. During both consults she never stopped typing, which means she couldn't listen. As a consequence, she got my basic information wrong. She had me schedule a follow-up for three months, but did not order repeat thyroid tests. By the time the tests were done (I had to call several times), 4 months had passed.
