I had a very disappointing experience with Mercedes Jewelry at 940 S Military Trail, West Palm Beach. I placed an order for a custom ring with the store manager, Elizebeth, and was told it would be ready in about 3 weeks (taking into account the busy 4th of July weekend). Instead, the order wasn’t completed until August 11 — far past the promised timeline. Communication was poor, and I had to personally visit the store twice, only to leave empty-handed each time. I happened to loose a pin on my favorite watch on Thursday as I was headed to dinner in the area. I looked up watch repair on Google maps and saw this jewelry store so I called up, wondering if they could do a simple repair. The lady spoke Spanish and said to stop by. She charged me $10 bucks and I was on my merrily way.
