This was my first time buying fine jewelry on my own, so I was nervous. The salesperson answered every question without making me feel embarrassed. I left feeling confident about my purchase instead of wondering if I'd made a bad decision.
My ring needed cleaning before a family event, and this store fit me into their schedule on short notice. The piece had lost its shine over the years, but after they finished, it looked incredible. Several relatives asked if it was brand new. Very happy with the result.
If I could give this store 10 stars I would!!! Liz, is first of all creative, friendly and warm!!! I am so blessed that after 20 years I found a jeweler that cares about their customer - as if it were her family!! I had a very disappointing experience with Mercedes Jewelry at 940 S Military Trail, West Palm Beach. I placed an order for a custom ring with the store manager, Elizebeth, and was told it would be ready in about 3 weeks (taking into account the busy 4th of July weekend).
