Poor quality - I had two stones replaced from a pendant necklace by Mercedes Jewelry, the first replaced stone fell out within an hour of picking it back up and the second fell out within a week. Would not recommend for others seeking a repair.
Great service and beautiful selection. They repaired a bracelet for and did a wonderful job. Amazing experience at this location.
