Mercedes Doctor stepped into a semi-emergency and really helped! I was about to take my Sprinter based RV on a road trip to Death Valley, and noticed the Check Engine light. Ugh! It was Sunday, but I called and left a message anyway. Shortly got a text and then a call, and an appointment for Monday AM. They ran diagnostics, got the exhaust temperature sensor that was needed, and committed to staying that evening until it was done. Great service!
Great shop!! Flew out and bought an 05 E55 to road trip home that turned out to have a flashing check engine light as I got on the road. Tim was able to diagnose and fix it quickly and got me all the way back to Maryland! Highly recommend
Great personalized service and since my battery was dead and the vehicle could not be driven despite a boost, they brought a new battery to my home to avoid having to be towed.
I am impressed with the service quality and honesty from my past and present business. I would comeback again for his service again.
