Absolutely fantastic team of people. Couldn’t be happier with the care, , advice and friendly service I received when I walked into Mercedes Wollongong to have my SL350 looked at. . Would especially like to mention Emma Morgan whose customer service was outstanding. Will definitely be back when my car needs servicing.

Told me I was crazy and there was nothing wrong with my car on multiple counts when it was jumping into neutral on the highway, offered no help and gave me no other option but to sell the car at at least a 50k loss. Down the road I come to find out it’s a common issue with heaps of Mercedes with the same internals as mine and was a failing conductor plate in the transmission that should have been fixed under warranty, thanks Mercedes.
Very professional operation front of house, but simple things were overlooked in the workshop. Missing screws noted but not replaced, clock left at incorrect time, slow handover after car was completed and ready to go. Feedback delivered at the time.
