This is a huge location with three different entrances and no clear direction on where to go. When I walked in, the security guard was laid back in her chair instead of getting up to help or guide me. On top of that, she had a passive-aggressive attitude and complained that I was stepping on floors that were just mopped — as if I was supposed to magically know that. Customer service should be welcoming and helpful, especially at a luxury brand like Mercedes-Benz. This experience was disappointing.

Nice place :~) but Germans can be Stingy ! The have 4 nice fast chargers there from ChargePoint, and instead of Sharing with the Community the don't like to share even on off hours ! Bit strange even as visitor or customer that you can't charge there :( The lady that replied to me she can't even spell a name correctly ! Hope the General Manager can make an adjustment.

Horable place to work they mistreat their employees don't pay enough and management is a joke!!!
