0 stars if I could. I brought my 2017 Mercedes-Benz Metris into the dealership for recall-related service and new tires, expecting the level of professionalism that comes with the Mercedes-Benz name. Instead, I left extremely disappointed. The biggest issue is that the dealership installed brand new tires without properly addressing or even clearly warning me that the vehicle’s alignment was already off. I’ve purchased two vehicles from this dealership within the past six months. Unfortunately, my experience with the service department, specifically Leon, has been very disappointing. I’m not sure where he’s from, but he showed no respect or patience toward someone whose spoken English isn’t perfect.
