Supremely good customer service. Was in a jam with an older Dodge Sprinter and they took great care of the vehicle despite its age and issues. Resolved cost effectively and with excellent attention to detail. Shout out to Leon in the Sprinter service dept.
Over the years I have had an outstanding great experience with Mercedes-Benz Boundary. Today I was assisted by Leon Cruz. He answered all my questions and and helped coordinate the maintenance on my van. I am also very pleased with the good punctuality and communication from the sales, financing and service departments.
The only place to get your Sprinters serviced. This is the biggest Van dealer in the whole province or the west side of the country.
Quoted 2900 for repairs, and told me parts were out of stock from other locations. The repairs wouldn’t have fixed the issue and replaced parts that didn’t need to be replaced. Richmond fixed the issue for 1200. The boundary receptionist ignored me for 10 mins while I tried to greet her. When I was able to speak with her, she interrupted me while I was answering her with my name. Quoted 3 hours for a diagnostic job that took 5 hours. Their shop rate is 210. Perfect place even if you have a out of country car. We had a Diesel leak after the B Service and they helped us out spontaneously on a Saturday, so we where back on the road by no time. The whole service team starting with Leon, Patrick and Norman were so supporting and taking care of us immediately as well as did the mechanics team. Thumbs up and thanks a lot.
