Alert! when you plan to buy extended warranty. make sure you buy the MB extended warranty. otherwise, you are paying for a Third Party warranty, and you will not find out until you need it. Make Sure. Ask before payment. do not assume it is original MB extended warranty even if you bought it in MB dealership office.

0 stars if I could. I brought my 2017 Mercedes-Benz Metris into the dealership for recall-related service and new tires, expecting the level of professionalism that comes with the Mercedes-Benz name. Instead, I left extremely disappointed. The biggest issue is that the dealership installed brand new tires without properly addressing or even clearly warning me that the vehicle’s alignment was already off.
