We had a terrible experience with Jerry at Mercedes. The day before our appointment, my husband met with him and Jerry confirmed that everything was agreed upon. He asked us to come early Saturday morning to complete the purchase of a 2021 Mercedes GLE 450 and trade in our Maserati. We drove all the way from the North to Vancouver with our child, only to receive a trade-in offer that was about half of our car's value.
