Put a deposit on a used vehicle from them after viewing it once and test driving it. They inspected and fixed some things and I then had it inspected two weeks later. Then the salesperson Neo informed me that the new tires and rims that were on the car when I signed the deal and subsequently inspected it were removed and no longer available.
