The service department here is as useless as it gets, over a month calling multiple times to get an airbag recall fixed and every time they take all details and never call back to organise; it’s a do not drive air bag recall and they asked why can’t I drive it to them.. they refuse to get a tow truck so am now in contact with CBS to make a report and get this resolved.
I had ongoing issues with my Sprinter van for over 2 years. I took it to over 10 mechanics who took my money and weren't able to solve the starting issue I was having. I was about to scrap the van due the constant issues and unreliability. I thought I would give it one last try. Poorest of service i have ever encountered. Takes weeks to get a phone contact, and they try to hide when they damage your vehicle. They make excuses why they wont fix a warranty item like, oh thats common on that type of vehicle. Just nonsense when Adelaide benz fixed it in half a hour andmade no such claim that a warrantable item wo t be replaced. .if i could give a zero rating i would
Don’t waste your time There is no service manager employed and the staff are either not trained or supported so they cannot help you, as a result I was inconvenienced for a week during a business trip and was out of pocket more than a $1000 and still had nothing to show for it
