WARNING!!!!! Everyone better do research before getting a Mercedes!!!!! They’re removing the remote feature options due to no compatibility with towers and not providing a fix. Those are high end features that even lesser cars have, but to leave your customers with no options. Its the worst of the worst experience I had with mercedes. I also noticed no one even responded to anyone's review,,isn't that something to learn about the mercedes,,they dont care if you're unhappy or unsatisfied.
I have a 2017 C300 4matic with 87k miles. As much as this car cost why is my driver seat splitting apart at the seam. I'm the only driver and I'm a petite person. if this was some sort of defect on this car, it should have been a recall. This issue with the pleather seats will affect the resale value of my call. I would like for Mercedes USA to repair my driver seat. No car with a cost of 50k should have splitting cracking seats.
Mercedes Refusing to Honor Known Warranty Extension Over Mileage Technicality Where do I even begin. About 2 months ago, my Mercedes began sputtering and misfiring. Initially, a diagnostic suggested possible water in the fuel tank. Fuel treatment temporarily resolved the issue—twice—but the problem returned again while we were out of town. STAY AWAY FROM A 2019 MB C300!!! I bought a 2019 Mercedes Benz C300. Out of nowhere, I get a "STEERING MALFUNCTION: STOP DRIVING IMMEDIATELY" warning. A bad grinding noise and the steering wheel starts shaking. ON A SIX YEAR OLD CAR!!! The car won't drive and I have a very good relationship with a great auto shop a couple miles from my house.
