I had a terrible experience with Mercedes-Benz customer service. I called to request official documentation regarding my vehicle, but the representative, Shaquile, was extremely unprofessional. He sounded hungover, refused to provide the information I needed, and even hung up on me. This is absolutely unacceptable service, especially from a brand that prides itself on luxury and excellence. I’ve had a fairly good experience at my dealership but Mercedes Benz customer service is awful. When you send them an email the first tier never has an answer, at least not one that solves the problem. Then tier 2 gets involved but that takes forever to get a response and even that is seldom the right answer. I had an over the air update that downloaded but didn’t install.
