Mercedes-Benz has been unresponsive in addressing the software download problem on their Network that's preventing my dealer from performing the software install required to perform RECALL work on my 2024 e450. What is going on ?
I have had a very bad experience concerning a new battery purchase for a s550. It failed within 3 months and Mercedes would not give us another one. Any other place would have warranty and would have replaced this. I got the runner around from the local dealership. . Contacted Mercedes USA hoping to get some help. WARNING!!!!! Everyone better do research before getting a Mercedes!!!!! They’re removing the remote feature options due to no compatibility with towers and not providing a fix. Those are high end features that even lesser cars have, but to leave your customers with no options. Its the worst of the worst experience I had with mercedes. I also noticed no one even responded to anyone's review,,isn't that something to learn about the mercedes,,they dont care if you're unhappy or unsatisfied.
