Props to Rhys Butler parts manager, we were stuck in Mt Isa and needed a water pump, we received it 24 hours later. I’ve dealt with multiple Mercedes parts departments in different states and Townsville stands out as excellent service.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Got a loan car which had barely 1500 on the clock. Was very nice and zippy. Really liked the heads up display. Connected to android auto without any messing about.
