Wow, service, + I dont know what is going on coming from Ford townsville. to merc. Massive difference so good and helpful I am amazed at the difference only been once and can not talk from experience but my first taste was good helpful accommodating friendly efficient it is all the things I have never seen from a dealership I really can not understand it. but I would and will be happy to go back to this one. I feel sus cause I have never seen service like this to good to be true

Awesome experience. The oil was getting a bit low in our Sprinter Motorhome, and the team at Townsville Mercedes were able to slot us in the same day to top it up. The mechanic was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Highly recommend.
Both the Sales team and Service manager are brilliant and very professional. I moved from Sydney to the area and just bought a new MB which I love. This team have gone above and beyond in customer service. I am learning my new car and have gone in for explanation on the use of features. They are very patient, polite, and professional. I trust them and recommend them for anyone with a MB or planning on getting one.
