Although the vehicle we looked at did not quite meet our requirements due to residential driveways, the attentive care and courteous nature from Daryl was extraordinary. Arrived 30 minutes before my appointment 8am at 10.30 am they hadn’t started they told me when I booked I would be gone by 12 lunchtime but they stuffed me around I left at 2.30 pm mechanic did a great job I did realise I had to pay $107.70 for 2 wiper blades as you can read I won’t be back

Very unhappy with the townsville service centre, not only did it take another hour and a half to pay after the vechile was out of the workshop, they also insisted on $248 diagnostic test although the dash and the driver told them the problem with the ESP and speed control warnings and that they didn't work , and they then said that as they couldn't find the fault it was all good, when we left the problems continued and we got it sorted in Mackay
