Just picked up a xd250 was there for a new key, I couldn’t be any happier with the services, own and Joel went far and beyond, even there was an extra bit to repair that wasn’t in the quote they done it and didn’t charge us for it, I will be back and highly recommend.
I have nothing but praise for this business, many other car dealerships in Australia would do well to take a lesson from how it’s run. General manager Darryl was fantastic, knew his products very well as did Owen, the service manager, both very approachable fellows, there being no subterfuge or skullduggery, simply a delightfully honest dealing. I happily and wholly recommend this business.
Wow, service, + I dont know what is going on coming from Ford townsville. to merc. Massive difference so good and helpful I am amazed at the difference only been once and can not talk from experience but my first taste was good helpful accommodating friendly efficient it is all the things I have never seen from a dealership I really can not understand it. but I would and will be happy to go back to this one. I feel sus cause I have never seen service like this to good to be true
