Very frustrated with the servicing department. Unable to call the advertised reception or servicing numbers? Mechanics couldn't detect the issue I was reporting and had no stock of the tyre or wiper blades I requested well in advance. Took my A250 to the Newstead dealership and they fixed all issues with far better service.
Just took delivery of our second Mercedes from MB Toowong, cannot speak highly enough of the team there. Cory was an amazing help with our beautiful vehicle. 10/10
