My friend and I visited the dealership on Wednesday around 3:50 PM, hoping to get some information and test drive a Mercedes EV. After a brief 1-2mins conversation, the sales representative told us she had another customer coming and couldn’t arrange a test drive. I’m not sure if it was due to a shortage of staff or because it was close to closing time, but instead of offering any solution, she just handed us her business card. The experience felt very unprofessional and disappointing — we won’t be coming back.
By far the best Mercedes dealership in Melbourne. The process of getting my new car has been very smooth and efficient. All my requests were attended to and the team is friendly. Shout out to Shelley-Anne for your outstanding service, its like nothing was too hard for you, in a short space of time you managed to organise the delivery of my car I'm beyong grateful.
