After a terrible customer service experience this morning, I was followed up by two professional and consultative senior staff members who understood implicitly that one unhappy customer is one too many. In all honesty My overall star-rating based on all experiences to date would be 4, but the fifth is a thank-you star for how well Mercedes-Benz Toorak responded.
