Lots of other models very happy and helpful service
Sent my car to get inspected by Mercedes for an air regulator issue for air suspension but in the meantime they go a ruin the air lines on my air suspension which i have never had an issue with till i took it to their service centre to get look at for a high control fault for the front lift to clear driveways, very disappointed with thus outcome would never recommend
Too slow too many cnts noo respect very bad team
20 minutes south of Tamworth our B180 displayed five fault messages in quick succession. We rang Mercedes Benz Tamworth, and described all the alerts to Genecia, who promptly booked us in on our arrival. Within the hour she and the team had run the diagnostic test, found the fault, and had us back on the road to resume our trip. Fast, efficient, professional and cheerful service. We even had time to walk around the Country Music Hall of Fame. Yee haw!!
The service I received was simply OUTSTANDING .... and professional, in every sense of the term. Gen, the young woman who dealt with me was kind, friendly and, above all, helpful. I have never received such excellent service from a car service provider.
