I have never written a bad review, but this Merc store, promised to deliver my vehicle within a time frame of 2 weeks, but it ended up taking almost 2 months. The roof rack which i ordered and paid for 7 months ago, still has not been delivered or fitted, despite being told it would be in stock 4 months ago. I have had to follow up every month. There lack of customer servicer and engagement is phenomenal.
