I called about two months ago to schedule a warranty appointment for my 2024 Sprinter van, because the DEF tank was leaking from the neck. The earliest appointment available was two months out, which I accepted. My appointment was today at 7:30 AM. I was greeted to a communicative and friendly Jake — it seemed that I was in good hands. I was having an issue with my fuel reading on my fuel tank and I wanted to check for leaks. I also had one tire pressure sensor that did not work and wanted it replaced. I was told that they do not work on aftermarket tanks — but I agreed to have them take a look and help me diagnose the issue.
