It’s always a pleasure to bring my Mercedes 2024 Sprinter in for service because the service representatives are very pleasant.
On the 5/25/26, I was scheduled for warranted tire issues. It seems like the streets are deliberately inundated with nails and debris these days. But nonetheless, Mr Michael Tassin, took care of my concerns without incident. The process was punctual, polite and expeditious. Thank you Sir!
