If you can go anywhere else then go anywhere else. I usually get my Sprinter van serviced in Wisconsin and thought I would try Knauz since I live in the middle of the 2 and I have had a few issues with scheduling at the WI dealer. I brought my van down for a check engine light and after using my tool I knew it was a Nox sensor and also glow plugs. I also wanted service on my front tires and front end.
