Jude Kim was very knowledgeable and can always provide positive feedback on what should be done and also in a very reasonable manner too (not like some other advisor who say this and that just to make sure you do what they want you to do). Just got my service work done a month ago. I had been bringing my Merc to Richmond service for years already. Great service will always ensure loyalty. I originally brought my vehicle fr Vancouver MB but willing to drive all the way to Richmond to see Jude for service work

Had the best experience at this location... Just recently purchased a new vehicle and was greeted by William Law and the staff at this centre. By far the best service I have received at a service centre.... Thank you to Gordon and Jeff hsu for helping out as well.
