Absolutely unacceptable. This service centre’s carelessness has caused me a huge headache. My car’s actual odometer reading is 118,590 km, yet they reported over 120,000 km to CARFAX. A mistake like this can seriously affect a vehicle’s value and make it much harder to sell. Because of their error, I’ve had potential buyers question my car’s mileage history. The service team has been excellent. They always do everything they can to repair my car and are always able to provide me with a courtesy car. I truly appreciate their efforts. Unfortunately, my car has had so many problems that I actually feel sorry for the service department because they have to keep fixing the consequences of the dealership selling customers a poor quality vehicle, an AMG with a loud engine but a silent horn.
Amazing staff, and very attentive. They are the best in customer service, and taking care of your needs. Will come back and pleasure doing buisness with you guys!
