I booked my service for my EQS a month ago ask for a loaner, when I booked my service appointment over the phone, the agent said 35000km is ok for the next service (which I already paid for), on the day of the service when I arrived, the service agent (Gordon Chiang) un-politely refused my service saying we do not need as the vehicle hasn't reached a certain Kilometres yet, the no loaner is also not available on that day, is a complete waste of time for me and for my wife getting that in the morning, the service centre has n... read more
