If you got a AMG, you’ll be lucky enough to meet Andrew, the service advisor. What I can say is all around amazing Gentleman he goes above and beyond to make sure your car is taken care of with no short cuts taken. Rest assured leaving your car to be worked on by the service crew.

I had a service appointment scheduled at Mercedes Vancouver today morning and arrived 10 mins before my appointment. Several other customers came in after the fact and were attended to right away while I waited. I had to approach the service desk to inquire as it was passed my appointment time and others were being served before me. Not a good look for Mercedes Vancouver especially since I know how much my service will be costing me. I would much rather go to a Mercedes Service location that is accountable.
They were very accommodating. Blew out one of my tires and they were able to get a tire and get me in the same day before closing. 👍 They also didn't mind that I had my dog in the dealership, so that was nice.
