I want to thank Phil, for the help over the phone to let me know he will do all he can to help my wife and I on our road trip in our Sprinter van. We had a check engine light on and the van was in limp mode. We were in the middle of nowhere. Once we arrived, Phil got us in right away. Professional and high quality service
Horrible service department. They are backed up by 3 weeks. We made an appointment because my wife’s car was under warranty. They had it all day and said there was nothing wrong with it. My wife showed them how to duplicate problem which they said they have never seen. They told us to take the car and they would investigate. My Mercedes is out of warranty and I take to Deutschland Autowerks. Great service and way better pricing. Ask for Jamison.
