I did not have a favorable experience servicing our car. The dealership advertised five-star service, but that was not my experience in terms of service time, communication, and customer service. I've had much better experiences with less luxurious car dealerships with less service cost.
They are really great! Rosie helped me there. She was amazing and really helpful! She was a patient and helped me out with all my question.
I recently visited this service center with my Sprinter Van 3500 i also have a AMG C63, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The communication from the staff was inadequate, which led to misunderstandings and frustration. Service times were much longer than anticipated, causing significant inconvenience. Saw a 2014 Honda with very low mileage and only 1 owner. Drove up, they beat the APR rates of my credit union. Car was immaculate inside and out. 1 blemish. Car was filed up, cleaned, and ready for pick up. Thanks Cory you guys rocked it! Yes, when I'm looking for another vehicle, I will contact them. The drive was not an issue. The return drive was horrible, but that was to be expected.
