David Abrams at Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel made my experience truly exceptional. He is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers. From start to finish, everything was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. I felt respected and well taken care of.
I was there 1/28 for my car wash-no one to greet me and accept my keys for 10'", then was told it might be up to an hour. The car wash itself was fine but the wait was actually 1.5 hours! Very disappointing for MBZ! The only response that I received (twice) was, "Oh, sorry about that-we're a bit short staffed today". This seems very unacceptable to me-and I have to wonder if this excuse is used often.
Such a disappointment…I can for estimation for change of my rear wheel braking pads. They told me a really nice price. Then the day I showed up, the person who gave me the price didn’t even show up and the actual price they told me was double!!!! After negotiation the guy named Walter said instead of 900$ I will charge you 540$…what??? How much of a scam should it be that you can bring down the price so much after 5 mins of negotiation? Just unbelievable
I'm enjoying my new GLE AMG. I did my lease with Saif, great salesman, good follow up, no issues with him. Only 2 stars for reasons listed: 1. Came time to use the prepaid windshield protection from Perma Plate on my lease agreement and the windshield protection is somehow not in Mercedes' system. No one from finance ever called me back. Had to text Saif on his day off. Luckily he took care of getting service the copy of my lease. 2.
