I usually take my cars to Fletcher-Jones Mercedes. This time the car broke down closer to Laguna Niguel Mercedes so I took it there. Worst decision I've made about a car, ever. If you want the worst communication possible, go here. My car was towed in on June 11th. Today is June 23rd, I'm still waiting on it. Casey was my service writer, he went on vacation after telling me they needed to diagnose more on Friday 6/12 and put Eddie in charge. Big mistake. David Abrams at Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel made my experience truly exceptional. He is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers. From start to finish, everything was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. I felt respected and well taken care of.
I was there 1/28 for my car wash-no one to greet me and accept my keys for 10'", then was told it might be up to an hour. The car wash itself was fine but the wait was actually 1.5 hours! Very disappointing for MBZ! The only response that I received (twice) was, "Oh, sorry about that-we're a bit short staffed today". This seems very unacceptable to me-and I have to wonder if this excuse is used often.
Such a disappointment…I can for estimation for change of my rear wheel braking pads. They told me a really nice price. Then the day I showed up, the person who gave me the price didn’t even show up and the actual price they told me was double!!!! After negotiation the guy named Walter said instead of 900$ I will charge you 540$…what??? How much of a scam should it be that you can bring down the price so much after 5 mins of negotiation? Just unbelievable
