I am living in nearby Laguna Beach having been displaced from Pacific Palisades by the fire. I did not have a favorable experience servicing our car. The dealership advertised five-star service, but that was not my experience in terms of service time, communication, and customer service. I've had much better experiences with less luxurious car dealerships with less service cost.
They are really great! Rosie helped me there. She was amazing and really helpful! She was a patient and helped me out with all my question.
