I'm enjoying my new GLE AMG. I did my lease with Saif, great salesman, good follow up, no issues with him. Only 2 stars for reasons listed: 1. Came time to use the prepaid windshield protection from Perma Plate on my lease agreement and the windshield protection is somehow not in Mercedes' system. No one from finance ever called me back. Had to text Saif on his day off. Luckily he took care of getting service the copy of my lease. 2. I am living in nearby Laguna Beach having been displaced from Pacific Palisades by the fire. I needed a break light replaced and I called the nearby dealer in Laguna Niguel and they couldn't have been nicer on the phone. They booked me in an hour. Amazing. I drive over and the service technician, John, got my key and sent me to the lounge where I had my laptop and headphones. It wasn't longer than the first song before he was back.
