Brought my car in for a standard transmission flush and fill no problem got 15 miles down the road car is stuck in 3rd gear spitting transmission fluid all over the place. Brought it back to Service Advisor Heidi picked it up next day says there was no problem found. 800 miles later got no transmission at all. This is a grossly incompetent dealership
Worst Mercedes service center in Ohio, because they have a guy over 50 years old whose job is to answer customers' calls and he gets a high income for that for sure, and yet he keeps ignoring my 2 seconds question (is this center able to fix my 2007 ML350 4matic with electrical issues?) since mid-2024, as a result I been wasting a half of my income on taxis besides waiting for about 2 to 4 hours for them to show up since this is not a big city so availability is limited especially at night where I been walking for about 4 ho... read more
