I’d like to take a moment to thank my advisor Ross today! After being away and spending time with my family in Taiwan for two months, I returned yesterday and noticed my tire light came on while driving. I booked an inspection, and Ross not only had it checked right away but also recommended I take care of my scheduled maintenance, it was completely up to me, but I decided to go for it. He explained everything clearly, kept me informed, and had my car ready in such an efficient time.

I had the pleasure of taking my car in for its yearly service and was provided with assistance from Alex Ramirez.
