I took my car to have a wheel repair on Dec 21, 2024. My car was returned to me on January 8, 2025 . I noticed a horrible smell in my car to find the floor to be completely soaked with water. My Mercedes Me app shows my window and sunroof was left open and the Service manager will not take accountability for their error. They are wanting to charge me to have my carpets removed and cleaned. This is a disgrace as I have always had my car Service at this location since 2021. Very poor customer service. The technician took the retractable trunk cover out of my Mercedes to work on my shocks & differentials and didn’t put it back when they were finished. They lost the part however the service manager will not accept responsibility or provide a replacement. They were eager to give me pricing on purchasing a new one though. Do not recommend this service center at all. I’ve had friends who have had issues with them as well.

Good work, ... but expensive and not a convenient location. Mercedes needs more dealers,more competition, and better located service centers to where the population growth centers are. I was spoiled in DC/Baltimore. Baker has a monopoly in Charleston and I'll be shopping around for a more convenient and price friendly European service for my 3 Benz'.
