Big thank you to Ryan and Autohaus service! I needed service on two vehicles this week. Ryan was beyond honest, helpful and reasonable with respect to repairs for both. On the first, he advised I could safely maximize use of tries and brakes for a few more months. For the second, he helped me avoid a service call for a software glitch on a G Wagon I purchased at a different dealership. Absolute idiots. Ordered a key for my car by vin, they delivered a key blank.
BEWARE! The service center will take advantage of you every chance they get. They’ll put $100 windshield wipers on your car that don’t clear the rain off. Brought the car in to have them fix the wipers and they decided to run a diagnostic and inspect the car. Now I have another leak in my transfer case, worn gear spindles and need new tires.
