Very slow and poor communication. My service advisor Steven Martinez was difficult to get ahold of. Took one week to change one part. I noticed on the day my car was finished it sat for over 4 hours in the same spot in the parking lot before he decided to call me at 5 pm to tell me I could come get my car. Fully knowing I live over an hour away.
I was able to get my Sprinter serviced the same day. I was very happy with the customer service.
I’m a rookie owner of the Mercedes brand but, I’m a huge fan of the brand. I have been getting services from the San Antonio location for a few years now and I absolutely adore their process. The last time I bought my 2022 AMG E53 to them for a recall service they provided me with a 2024 loaner and it was amazing. I have to thank Hakeem for his outstanding customer service. I appreciate your efforts!!!
