Full service in an hour and a half. nice waiting room and Shannon was very easy to work with.

I have no intentions of going anywhere else for service on my Benz. Awesome team and service. My only disappointment is that Dan no longer works here anymore and has moved on to pursue other ventures.
I brought my car to Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor for a recall on the car and also for a software update. Dan Tolly was my service representative and I really appreciated the way he handled the whole experience. He made sure he stayed in touch with me throughout the repair and when anything came up he immediately went out of his way to make sure it was handled personally, professionally and perfectly! I really felt like he was an excellent representative for Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor. Thank you!
