Easy to make appointment. Offered a loaner but I didn’t need it as they told me me my service would only take an hour so I waited in their exceptional waiting area. Service was timely. Cost was a little excessive but I think worth it.
My AMG GT53 needed to be serviced. I was able to set an appointment quickly. I was provided with a comparable loaner vehicle. I received daily status updates from the service manager, Phil. Overall great experience.
Appreciate being able to get the car in quickly and picking it up after closing hours!
