Kara was courteous, proactive, understanding, and pleasant to work with. Elisa and Eric, on the other hand, left their posts without securing a ride for me to return to the dealership. Later, Elisa agreed to arranging a ride; however, when I checked in at the agreed pick-up time, she discovered the location was outside the service range and had to rearrange.
