I called about an alignment and some other questions about suspension calibration. They called me back and according to the technician instead of calibrating the airmatic suspension sensors, they needed to be replaced.. at least 1500 for something that you can calibrate via a car computer in 30 minutes ...at most so yeah I would not trust them .... (btw calibration was 600 as well) definitely not trust worthy !
Bottom line: This dealership’s service department turned a straightforward repair into a very frustrating situation. If you have other options, I would recommend against this dealership’s service. This review is 2 stars because while the quality of work was good, the overall experience was poor. I have a ~13 year old Mercedes that suddenly broke and was not drivable. Full service in an hour and a half. nice waiting room and Shannon was very easy to work with.
People there are kind, helpful, pleasant. I would recommend visiting this Mercedes service place. I would rate five out of five stars. My opinion, this is the best Mercedes-Benz dealership in the Detroit Michigan area. I have visited and used all of them for service.
