I purchased and serviced several cars with Santa Barbara Mercedes and they have three significant problems. First, they cary very little inventory, and are disinclined to trade with other dealers. This means you have few choices, and if they don’t have what you want in stock, you only options are to go elsewhere or order a car to be built for you, which takes a long long time.
