I have mixed feelings for this dealership. At the same time they seem to just don't care about customer satisfaction, there are some pretty good professionals there which are very thoughtful. If you want to just check or buy a car, go after 5pm, you will get a better attention. If you want to do any service, ask to talk to Guy, he is awesome. If you are not sure about this dealership, check Mercedes Boucherville, Mercedes Montréal-Est or Mercedes Silverstar.
DONT BUY FROM THEM ! It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review but when its extreme i have too. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER ! I BOUGHT around 93,000$ car tax in and they messed up my paper work 7 timesss ! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! HORRIBLE service and over pricing ! DONT BUY FROM THEM ! I WONT TAKE A CAR FROM THEM EVEN FOR FREE
