I brought my car to Mercedes-Benz Rive-Sud for a front suspension repair. When I got the car back, I immediately noticed that the control for the lights had been broken during the service. I took a photo right away and informed the dealer. Je prends rarement le temps de rapporter une expérience, surtout quand elle a été vécue par un ami et qu'elle est négative, mais pour une fois, je fais exception à la règle. Mercedes Benz Rive-Sud et Mercedes Benz Canada se renvoient la balle sans être capables de résoudre le problème pour une voiture de 100 000 $. C'est honteux. Voici deux conseils que je peux donner à tous : 1. Ne jamais acheter une Mercedes au Canada; 2. Si vous n'avez pas le choix, ne l'achetez pas chez Mercedes Benz Rive-Sud.
