I had an excellent experience with Mercedes-Benz Richmond from beginning to delivery. My sales consultant Yao Zhang, finance manager Kenny, and delivery specialist Candy were all wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. Yao was incredibly professional and responsive, making the car-buying experience smooth and reply really quick even during the holiday. I had the pleasure of being helped by Jeffrey and Angela for my C43 AMG, they were amazing and made me want to become a loyal client to Mercedes Benz Richmond. However I had the most insulting experience with Alex today during my test drive for the C63 AMG. During the drive Alex would ask me questions such as “does your parents approve of you switching the car for this vehicle?”.
