Very very disappointed. I’m seeing a lot of 1-star reviews for Mercedes-Benz Richmond and I have to share my experience too. As someone who isn’t part of their usual customer base, it quickly became clear that I was treated very differently. It felt like they were only interested in catering to a specific group of clients, and if you don’t fall into that, you’re simply not given the same respect, attention, or deals.
