I had check engine light on our GL 450 , P00016 code Crankshaft Position Bank 1 sensor A. This shop Rick got me fixed up! it was a very technical engine issue. Winston-Salem dealership quoted me an ungodly amount of estimate. I lost my faith in the dealership services and estimate was much as the car value. lucky to have found this location Rick explained to me the issues over the phone and was spot on. Randy took great care of me and my 2018 GLA 250. I had put off taking it to the dealer because of $$$$ but became worried that the grinding in my right rear wheel was getting worse. I called Randy on Friday and he diagnosed the problem right on the phone, which relieved my worries. Took it in Monday morning and had it back by two! Not to mention he transported me home and back! I am so grateful to have found him! Good people! Thanks and see you next time!

Randy needs a course in professionalism and learning how to chat with people ethically and morally. His communication is too opinionated and he is rough with the things he says to people. I give him 4 stars because he did tow, run a diagnostic test and have a key made in about 10 days. The cost was $760. He broke the front for my son’s grill on his car towing it. While traveling on vacation from Tennessee, my GLK broke down off the interstate south of High Point about 5:00 on a Tuesday afternoon, called these guys, Nancy answered and provided a trustworthy tow service, 20 minutes later my car was heading to the shop. Despite being after hours, the shop owner came and met us as we arrived and realizing my predicament immediately began working after discovering the problems.
